The wild weather whipped up some foam over the last few days along the beach, and especially at Taiaotea Creek. Further north it a dingy has washed up.....

I found these bicycle parts in a dumpster recently. The wires are the brake cables - I am not sure whether to leave them on or cut them off? I kind of like them. A possible title for this piece is “No Bull” - references to Picasso’s original sculpture & Magritte’s “This is not a pipe” being intentional. Otherwise it could be a “Recyclabull”? Last week protestors in Cairo donned innovative headgear to protect themselves from flying stones: This chap has placed a lot of trust in his lunch - a BLT & 2 baguettes!  A real dish!  "Take this tuna-fish sandwich - you bastids!"  The block-head "What do you mean by 'square-head'?" The real thing - classic anarchist street-wear! "Mohammed! where's the xxxxing chamber pot?"
